EMEA Specialist Solution Architect, AI - Ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Presentation & Demos: Deliver technical presentations, including deep-dive demos and workshops, with minimal supervision.
• RFx & Design Support: Develop technical responses for RFx e.g. Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) responses and architecture designs.
• Partner Enablement: Work with the partner Solution Architect, account manager and sales specialist to identify challenges and blockers to drive Red Hat AI within new and existing partners .
• Pipeline & System Design: Plan, design, and implement AI systems with partners; applying the ability to architect and build data pipelines, ML pipelines, and ML training and serving approaches leveraging additional support and resources from Red Hat as required .
• Stakeholder Alignment: Identify partner AI stakeholders, acting as a technical advocate within both their line-of-business and internal teams .
• Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate with product engineering to align solutions with roadmaps. Work closely with the AI business unit and engineering teams, providing a market feedback loop on the product and solutions .
• Asset Creation & Mentorship: Assist in mentoring junior team members on technical best practices and contribute to reusable technical assets (e.g., battle cards, templates).
• Community Engagement: Engage in community outreach and partner advocacy activities including conference speaking, blog posts, and other public contributions .

• Hands-on Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in one of the following areas :
• Machine Learning Operations Design: Experience in AI systems design, with the ability to architect and explain data pipelines, ML pipelines, and ML training and serving approaches . Experience with CI/CD solutions in the context of MLOps and LLMOps including automation

Red Hat's EMEA Ecosystem Technical Sales team is looking for a Specialist Solution Architect (SSA) with specific skills and experience in AI to join us in Sweden or elsewhere in EMEA . You will play a crucial role in providing technical presales expertise and experience to support the execution of Red Hat's AI Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy . Your primary focus will be to help progress our partners' experience with Red Hat's AI platform from evaluation candidate to their preferred choice for the development, provisioning and support of AI workloads and applications based on open source . We call this achieving the 'technical win' . To get there, you will need to be able to confidently articulate Red Hat's value proposition to leadership, data scientists, developers, and IT teams at our partners and, potentially, their end customers . This could entail business-value conversations, technical architecture walk-throughs, customer-facing technical workshops, helping partners set up labs to rapidly prototype use cases and providing guidance on best practices using our platforms . You'll be collaborating with a range of key business and technical stakeholders, including leadership, data scientists, developers, and IT teams, so your ability to tailor your message and content accordingly will be essential . You'll be joining a partner ecosystem team that includes sales specialists, solution architects, and partner managers, all working with you to ensure positive partner experiences . You'll be able to collaborate with a global community of AI specialists, including other SSAs, the AI business unit and Engineering, to test, document, and effectively demonstrate new features, share learning and best practices and provide feedback based on your real-world field experiences . You won't be expected to know everything on day one, but your ability to learn new technology quickly will be essential . This is a remote job but should be within a reasonable commuting distance from an EMEA Red Hat office .
