Build complex, highly scalable technical solutions in close collaboration with the Tech Lead and Product Lead/Product Manager. Define architectural decisions and ensure the delivery of reliable, state-of-the-art products. Lead and mentor a world-class team of engineers, collaborating with Product Managers, QAs, and Designers to ship new components and features. Champion best practices in agentic engineering, efficiently leveraging modern AI tooling. Work within a dynamic, international, and agile environment (SCRUM/Kanban) characterized by flat hierarchies and very short decision-making processes.
