  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Work Experience:
  • 3-5 years in client development, account management, or field sales.
  • Experience in SaaS or digital benefit platforms is highly desirable.
  • Skills & Certifications:
  • Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools for pipeline and opportunity management; Salesforce knowledge is preferred.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple commercial activities simultaneously.
  • Strong virtual and in-person communication capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Knowledge of full-cycle sales methodologies is considered an advantage.
  • Languages:
  • For global, regional, or area roles, fluency in English is required. Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, or other relevant languages are an advantage.
