This role focuses on strengthening Finnair's employee experience, engagement and culture across the organization. The role will be key in driving the Finnair One Crew People Plan forward by shaping a strong, inclusive and values-based culture in close collaboration with business leaders and BHR colleagues. In this role, you will: Drive the Finnair One Crew culture and employee experience through various initiatives in close collaboration with business leaders and BHR colleagues. Lead strategic culture and engagement initiatives that strengthen belonging collaboration and the lived experience of Finnair's values across the organization. Drive forward strategic organizational development projects related to culture, engagement , organizational design and effectiveness. Organize and facilitate engagement and development programs, events and selected leadership interventions that reinforce culture and support change. Support in leadership develop ment and provide coaching to teams. Support planning and implementation of diversity and inclusion roadmap.
