Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation & Qualification
- Conduct prospecting campaigns targeting both existing customers and new logos to create new software and ARR opportunities.
- Qualify customer needs and technical requirements.
- Engage with customers to drive opportunity prescription to ensure SE has the best opportunity to win RFPs/Proposals above or inline with SE's Delegation of Authority (DOA) margin approvals.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work with the solution architect team to drive prescription of Digital Grid technologies and influence technical buying solutions of your customer.
- Work with the tendering team to deliver compelling commercial offers and to manage the contract negotiation with the customer.
- Work with the marketing team to drive opportunity generation and participate at industry events to showcase our technologies and solutions.
- Provide "voice of the customer" feedback to the product team to ensure they have insights into the needs/requirements of your customer.
- Collaborate with the partner success team and/or the project delivery team to define the opportunity pursuit strategy that will give SE the best chance of winning the opportunity and the customer the best chance of a successful project.
- Competency & Experience
- 5-10 years of enterprise sales and new business development experience.
- Market & Product Knowledge - Understanding of utility operations and grid software.
- Communication & Relationship Management - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaboration & Organizational Skills - Ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Growth Mindset & Adaptability - Willingness to learn evolving grid technologies.
- Process orientated - proven ability to drive opportunities from identification to closure within a projected time period.

CO Salary Range: USD 145,000.00 - 210,000.00 per year For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $145,000 - $210,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentives.
