Requirements

• ✅ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
• OR
• ✅ Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering (GPA above 3.5)
• Comfortable working in a construction/project site environment
• Willing to wear PPE and handle tools and equipment when required
• Outspoken and confident in sharing ideas and experiences
• Eager to learn and develop technical and project management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compensation & Benefits
• Basic Salary: $2800-$4400/month
• Additional Benefits
• ✔ 1-month Anniversary Bonus (AWS equivalent)
• ✔ Transport Allowance: $108/month
• ✔ Motorcycle Allowance: $240/month (Diploma Track)
• ✔ No Bond Required
