  • Deeply fluent in social media trends, platform nuances, and content formats
  • Fast, scrappy, and passionate about storytelling through social
  • What You Bring:
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or a related field (internships + personal content absolutely count), along with a portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content formats and platform behavior
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video (iPhone + CapCut or similar tools), with a working knowledge of more advanced editing techniques and simple motion/animation
  • Strong creative instincts and an eye for what makes content engaging
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics (views, engagement, retention)
  • Agency experience is a plus, but not required
  • You're probably someone who:
  • Knows the difference between a good idea and a good idea for the internet
  • Can immediately tell when something feels too branded (and how to fix it)
  • Has strong opinions on hooks - and can explain why something didn't work
  • Thinks about content in formats and series, not just one-off posts
  • Has a camera roll full of saved ideas and references
  • Sends trend ideas before
