Competitive compensation and benefitsWork-life flexibilityRecognition and rewardsDevelopment and career opportunitiesA safe and inclusive workplaceWhy You Will Love this JobReporting to the Leading Hand , the Field Service Technician will be an integral member of the Operations team .The purpose of this role is to provide Operation, Maintenance and Repairs in support of Clarke Energy'sand its customers in relation to Power Generation / Co - Generation assets and associated balance of plantand equipment normally associated with these types of facilities.You will be required to perform the duties advised to you from time to time by your immediate supervisor and as per your job description and to comply with other lawful and reasonable instructions given in the course of your employment.A professional and accountable approach is required at all times.Major Responsibilities / DutiesQUENSHTContributes to the IIF philosophies and culture at Clarke EnergyTakes care of their own health and safety at work and ensures their acts do not adversely affect thehealth, safety and environment of othersStops unsafe work practices, either their own or of other workersIdentifies and reports health, safety and environmental hazards and implements corrective actionsTechnicalUndertake Operation and Maintenance in a safe environment at all times and in accordance with Clarke Energy WHS&E plans and regulatory requirements and ensuring Clarke Energy QUENSHT objectives are maintained.To execute responsibilities in a safe and non - discriminatory manner as defined in the Clarke EnergyQUENSHT system, consistent with the Duty of Care under the relevant legislation, whilst promotingand adhering to Clarke Energy's Quality Policy Statement a nd Quality Assurance programme.Understand and continually demonstrate compliance with Clarke Energy compliance rules and policiesas determined from time to time.Commissioning, servicing and repairing Gas - and Diesel - powered generators, and other capitalequipment and balance of plant systems as required.Attend call outs, provide remote technical assistance when/if/as required.Successfully specifying spare parts and maintaining adequate stocks & records.Provide Daily, Weekly Monthly reports or as per request on station operations and maintenanceactivities.Successfully liaising closely with Supervisors, technical support staff, clients and subcontractors forproject commissioning and installation, if/as required.Professional approach and conduct to be maintained at all times especially when liaising with CEAclients and customersAs an employee, be aware the company strives to meet company standards in quality, work health andsafety and environment and that where possible meet those required standards in their immediatework areas Working to maintain availability & operability of the plant.Successfully assisting the business by identifying opportunities in the industry sectors for ClarkeEnergy to sell their products and services.Ensure the site presentation and housHealth insuranceRemote work optionsEquity / stock options
