Monitor social media channels to ensure prompt responses to comments, messages, and questions from customers. Engage proactively with users to enhance their experience and build a loyal community around the brand. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with brand messaging and customer interests. Analyze user feedback and interactions to identify trends, making recommendations for service improvements. Assist in creating engaging social media content that appeals to the Swedish audience. Keep abreast of trends in social media and customer service to provide informed support and insights. Fluent in Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in social media customer support or community management is preferred. Comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and user engagement strategies. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with social media analytics tools is an advantage. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
