For more information, please visit www.fwd.com For more information about FWD Hong Kong, please visit www.fwd.com.hk/ The Job: Responsible for corporate communications for FWD Hong Kong & FWD Macau Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing corporate communications strategies and public relations initiatives, such as corporate announcements, product launches, brand campaigns and/or activations, thought leadership contents to achieve corporate branding and business goals Develop, edit and translate contents and corporate collaterals for external and internal communications, such as, press releases, social media posts, media interview briefing books, speeches, byline articles, corporate fact sheet and presentation, internal announcements, etc. Support in media events, influencer engagements, sponsorship activities, corporate awards and community care projects Perform news monitoring and circulate daily report. Handle day-to-day media enquiries. Manage media list and media coverage log Maintain professional relationship with media, business partners and key stakeholders Provide administrative support to corporate communications and community care initiatives. Stay abreast of industry trends and evolving communications landscape across Hong Kong and Mainland China The Person: Degree holder, preferably in Corporate Communications, Public Relations or Journalism At least 3-6 years of experience in corporate communications, media relations and crisis management. Exposure in public relations agencies and/or insurance industry will be a definite advantage Hands-on experience in organizing corporate and media events Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented with multi-tasking abilities. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently while being a team player Experience with trending social media contents and platforms across Hong Kong and Mainland China will be an advantage High proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing We offer 5-day work, 20-22 days annual leaves, excellent learning & development opportunities and an attractive package to the right candidate.
