Responsibilities
- Environmental strategy & governance : Define and maintain the environment landscape (DEV/SIT/UAT/Pre‑Prod/Prod/DR) and Own environment governance : scheduling, booking/conflict management, test window coordination, and communications.

- Batch, interfaces, and operational stability :
- Coordinate batch scheduling per environment (EOD/EOM cycles, interface runs, market data loads) and manage dependencies across upstream/downstream systems and ensure stable integration test execution.
- Cutover & production readiness : Lead environment readiness activities for cutover: access, freeze windows, deployment sequencing, checklists and Ensure DR readiness (where applicable): replication checks, failover testing coordination, runbooks.
- Documentation, audit & compliance : Maintain environment and release documentation: topology diagrams, runbooks.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, project managers, and end-users, to ensure project success and align solutions with business strategy.
- [Job Requirements]
- Experience: Minimum of 10 + years of hands-on experience with Murex MX.3, in a financial services or capital markets environment.
- Proven experience leading environment and configuration management on complex enterprise systems (preferably Murex or similar capital markets platforms).
- Strong knowledge of SDLC / release management and change control (ITIL/CAB).
- Hands-on understanding of multi-tier architectures: app servers, databases, middleware, file transfer, schedulers.
- Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills across multiple technical teams.
- Excellent documentation discipline and ability to operate under strict timelines (test cycles, cutover).
- Experience with Murex environment setup (app topology, batch/EOD scheduling, interface frameworks).
- Exposure to DevOps tooling (eg, Git, CI/CD, artifact repositories), automation/scripting.
- Experience with production controls in regulated environments (SoD, access controls, audit).
- Experience coordinating data masking and secure test data management
- General Skills:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
