Responsibilities
- To effectively motivate a team of people to meet production targets

Requirements
- Experience of working in a customer-led environment with changing priorities.
- Experience of manufacturing machinery and processes.
- H&S L2 Qualification.
- NVQ L2 in Team Leading of Packing Operations.
- Ability to communicate in a positive and clear manner.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work to strict deadlines.
- Recognises and promotes the importance of continuous improvement.
- Able to work towards targets.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Shift Controller to join us at our Lutterworth Site, as a Production Shift Controller to manage production lines across designated shift. The Production Shift Controller plays a key role in managing labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets in accordance with QA and safety standards, whilst ensuring that best practice is followed at all times. The role is a permanent full time role working Monday to Friday working from 06:00am - 14:00pm. Salary: £39,729 per annum
