Who we're looking for: Wolfspeed is seeking a Diffusion Technician Supervisor to lead a team of process and equipment technicians within the Diffusion module area, reporting to the Diffusion Engineering Manager. This role requires a strong FAB floor presence across all shifts and brings together people leadership, equipment maintenance, and process operations under one supervisor. Ideal candidates have experience leading technical teams in a semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environment and are comfortable working with chemicals used in regular maintenance events. This position will work a 12-hour day shift with a "3on-4off-4on-3off" alternating schedule. Schedule will be Front End Nights: Sunday - Tuesday and every other Saturday, 6pm - 6:15am OR Back End Nights: Wednesday - Friday and every other Saturday, 6pm - 6:15am The Day-to-Day: Lead, develop, and supervise a combined team of process and equipment technicians Maintain Safety, department KPIs, and 5S compliance across the module Ensure production equipment is maintained to company standards with minimum downtime Manage training programs covering equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and process qualifications Establish and maintain PM procedures and OCAPs for semiconductor fabrication equipment Drive cross-training between process and equipment technicians; maintain spare parts inventory Interface with Manufacturing Operations to support daily production priorities and throughput goals Partner with process and equipment engineering to improve SPC, Scrap, Rework, and cost reduction metrics Build relationships across departments to support cross-functional problem solving and continuous improvement This Job is Right for You if You Have: A passion for leading technical teams in a high-tech, fast-paced environment BS degree with 2+ years of supervisory or management experience, OR AS degree in an engineering or technology discipline with 5+ years of supervisory or management experience Equivalent military or semiconductor manufacturing experience with supervisory responsibility will also be considered
