Responsibilities

  • In your first 90 days:
  • Publicly launch the Enterprise SKU. Own packaging, attach strategy, quotas and limits policy, and metering. Partner with Revenue Engineering, Finance, Product Marketing, and Sales Ops to align pricing mechanics and positioning. This is the priority.
  • Stand up the design partner program. Recruit 5 to 10 enterprise admins and procurement buyers. Validate packaging assumptions, willingness to pay, and readiness criteria before broad rollout.
  • Define the Enterprise readiness rubric. Establish what it means for a Datadog product to earn "Enterprise Ready" status, covering SSO/SCIM, granular RBAC, audit controls, data residency, and private connectivity. The rubric sets the bar; product teams close their own gaps.
  • Map the Notifications surfaces. Understand current engineering backlog, coverage gaps, and cross-team dependencies. Identify the highest-leverage near-term investments and set a 6-month direction with the owning engineering team.
  • Steady state:
  • Own the Enterprise SKU P&L. Track attach rate, expansion ARR, governance MAU, and time-to-value. Run quarterly pricing and packaging research - customer interviews, willingness-to-pay data, competitive signals - to refine the offer and drive corrections.
  • Use AI tools and agents to accelerate packaging research, field enablement content, and competitive analysis - and to build lightweight internal tools (dashboards, calculators, decision guides) that reduce your dependency on engineering for GTM execution.
  • Build Sales and Support-integrated workflows. Identify where in-product experiences can proactively surface support context, reduce ticket volume, and accelerate deal velocity. Own the product side of workflows that connect end-user actions to Sales and Support touchpoints.
  • Enable the field. Create clear narratives, calculators, and decision guides for Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success so the Enterprise SKU is easy to position and adopt.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of PM experience in SaaS B2B, with meaningful time on enterprise packaging, pricing, monetization, or growth motions.
  • Proven track record in enterprise commercial strategy - you've owned a SKU, driven attach, or managed a monetization roadmap at a company with usage-based or tier-based pricing.
  • Operator mindset with strong cross-functional influence across RevEng, Finance, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, Legal, and Support. You're comfortable holding accountability without direct control.
  • Metrics-driven. You define leading indicators, instrument them, and use them to make decisions.
  • Fluent in AI-assisted workflows. You use Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent tools daily for research, analysis, content generation, and rapid prototyping. Strong eagerness to adopt these approaches counts if you're newer to them.
  • Experience with customer life cycle, programmatic expansion, or growth motions in a SaaS B2B context. You understand how usage signals translate into revenue opportunity and have worked with CS or Sales to operationalize them at scale.
  • Clear, concise communicator who writes crisp problem statements, pricing proposals, and field enablement assets.
  • Bachelor's degree in En

Additional Information

As a PM, Enterprise Growth, you own the commercial and life cycle layer that drives expansion within Datadog's largest accounts: the Enterprise SKU that packages and prices the platform, the communications infrastructure that powers outbound messaging across Datadog, and the growth motions - expansion signals, life cycle nudges, and Sales/Support workflows - that turn product adoption into controlled account growth. This is a cross-functional ownership role with a dedicated engineering team but many influential stakeholders. You'll work across engineering teams and a range of cross-functional partners, operating more like a GM for the Enterprise SKU than a feature PM with a dedicated eng team. You'll use AI-assisted workflows to cover the ground that historically required a small team to handle. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture (the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table). We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.
