Requirements

• Associates Degree in Life Science, Medical Technology
• ASCP or AMT certification
• Additional Job Standards:
• High level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• **Pay Range: $27.91 - $41.93 per hour
• Plus 3rd shift differential
• All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience and the terms of the collective bargaining agreement between Dynacare Northwest, Inc. and United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 21.

LabCorp is seeking a Medical Lab Technician to join our team in Issaquah, WA Work Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday night shift 9:30PM- 8:00AM including rotating holidays Job Responsibilities: Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria Perform routine and complex technical procedures and functions according to departmental Standard Operating Procedures Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper functionality Demonstrate the ability to make technical decisions regarding testing and problem solving Prepare, test and evaluate new reagents or controls Report accurate and timely test results in order to deliver quality patient care Perform and document preventative maintenance and quality control procedures Identify and replenish testing bench supplies as necessary Assist with processing of specimens when needed Maintain a safe work environment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
