Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule quality inspectors to ensure consistent execution of quality checks across all production shifts.

- Maintain accurate quality activity records including inspection results, audit logs, and corrective action documentation.
- Stay current with industry quality standards and manufacturing best practices; support optimization of the plant quality management system.
- Provide on‑the‑floor coaching to production operators to reinforce quality awareness and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
- 8+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, with leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in the battery or automotive manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Working knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Familiarity with Kaizen, CAPA, and DOE tools.
- Proficiency in quality tools and methods (SPC, FMEA, 8D, 5Why, Fishbone, etc.).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and cross‑functionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with quality management software preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast‑paced production environment.
