Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Formulate and Execute GTM Strategy: Partner closely with regional leadership team to formulate and implement a phased Go-To-Market Strategy across business segments and regions. Translate the overarching strategic framework into a localized, actionable execution plan for the team and channel partners-taking full accountability for the outcome by delivering on key leading indicators and sequential milestones. Be the organizational ambassador of Indonesia PCS business in a multi-stakeholder matrix environment. Build consensus among regional and country leadership to secure alignment and resources necessary for strategic implementation. Focus on the Customers: Improve market perception of GE HealthCare PCS business by leading all the in-country business development, marketing and clinical education efforts. Be the primary point of contact for Indonesia PCS business across senior customer stakeholders such as Hospital Management, Key Opinion Leaders, Partners, and Societies, etc. Perform as the strategic account manager for key enterprise or multi-modality deals in key accounts or centralized tenders. Regularly consolidate and report market intelligence such as market size, changing dynamics, and competition landscape. Empower and Elevate Team: Ensure alignment across strategy, structure and people. Continuously build core competency of internal team and channel partners to add more value to the customers. Build a culture of teamwork by establishing clear and consistent roles and responsibility, rules of engagement, and escalation processes. Demonstrate servant leadership and influence without authority. Be a respected commercial thought leader of PCS business across internal and external stakeholders. Operational Excellence: Accountable for key financial and operational measurements of Indonesia PCS business, including both lagging and leading indicators. Continuously improve standard work under the Daily Management System framework to enable effective and efficient operating mechanisms. Oversee commercial operation cadence of channel partners across all geography and segments. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Minimum 5 years of work experience in commercial leadership roles. Minimum 10 years of work experience in the Indonesia HealthCare Industry. Track record of medical equipment sales. Track record of distribution management. Track record of leading in a highly matrixed MNC. Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Desired Characteristics Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred. A balanced strategic thinker and hands-on problem solver with a track record of growing and/or turning around a business. An emotionally intelligent leader with a track record of growing self and others, building teams and culture, and navigating challenges and changes.
