Pioneer AI-Native Finance Ops: Establish the foundational cohort definitions, documentation, and data structures necessary to transition manual modeling into highly leveraged AI workflows.
Requirements
- Tide is seeking a commercially driven financial strategist with deep domain expertise in the Indian fintech landscape. The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of 10-15 years in commercial finance, specifically within fintech or payments.
- Deep knowledge of the India payments ecosystem, including UPI mechanics, card networks, and RBI regulatory frameworks.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to make complex financial and regulatory narratives legible to global executive teams and board members.
- First-principles financial modeling skills (fluency in Google Sheets or SQL preferred) along with hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to optimise finance workflows.
- A professional qualification like a CFA, or a degree/MBA from a top-tier institution (IIT, IIM, ISB, or equivalent).
