About the role

An opportunity exists at our operation for a CHPP Maintenance Planning Coordinator, reporting directly to the CHPP Maintenance Superintendent, you will be primarily responsible for; Leading and developing the CHPP Maintenance Planning Team; Governing SAP PM master data; Developing, implementing and reviewing asset management strategies; Preparation and management of the maintenance budget; monitoring expenditure and implementation of cost-control measures. About you To be successful in this role, you will have; Proven leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement; Strong communication skills, be self-managed and be an effective team player; A solid understanding of asset management principles; Extensive hands-on experience with SAP PM; Project management experience; Maintenance budgeting experience; Experience with, or willingness to learn, AMT and Xeras; Strong knowledge of coal processing and the key drivers of CHPP performance. The ideal candidate will thrive on identifying continuous business opportunities and demonstrate a high concern for the health and safety of others, maintaining a safe workplace by actively following safety systems and ensuring adherence to all company HSEC policies and legislative requirements .
