• THRIVE PROJECT MANAGER
• Purpose of the position:
• To lead the implementation of THRIVE Project in World Vision Rwanda and ensuring integration of resilience and livelihood with other livelihood projects. The manager will also coordinate with other livelihood projects to ensure integration is enhanced and aligned the key models in all Aps.

• The most vulnerable children and their families within the Cluster benefit from the project model interventions

• Clear and timely budgets for THRIVE Project Monitor the spending of THRIVE and advise clusters on the monthly cash flow to avoid significantly over or underspending Compile variance explanations and take action on time to ensure THRIVE budgets are being used as planned
• Spending according to the standards and with impact
• 20 %
• DME
• Timely, progress reports and evaluations of models produced and submitted
• Monitoring tools developed and validated for use
• Achievements under each project model in all are on track
