Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of commercial furniture specification and order workflows.
  • Familiarity with major commercial manufacturers (Haworth, Steelcase, Teknion, etc.).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Acrobat (or similar PDF tools).
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
  • Amenable to working US business hours.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced CET Spec Check Auditor to support our US-based client's commercial furniture dealership operations, representing leading brands such as Haworth, Steelcase, Teknion, and others. This role is responsible for running and reviewing Spec Check in CET, validating furniture specifications, finishes, pricing, and technical configurations prior to order entry. The ideal candidate has hands-on dealership experience and understands the end-to-end workflow from CET design to final order submission.
