  • Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 19 years of related experience is required.
  • Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
  • Expert knowledge of manufacturing, production, and logistics processes.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience leading and coordinating large, multi-location operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of production/manufacturing principles, techniques, and warehousing best practices.
  • Experience with materials management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret complex technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications.
  • Excellent customer-facing experience.
  • Proven leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, holding people accountable, and conducting yearly reviews.
  • Proven experience and skills in team building, time management, conflict resolution, communication, briefing, presentation, and strategic thinking.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly express concepts in verbal and written forms.

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
  • Professional certification such as Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • Advanced proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to navigate change and uncertainty, make defensible decisions in ambiguity and own those decisions.
  • Mastery to drive innovative thinking, lead and inspire teams, instill collaboration, challenge status quo, manage complex situations, delegate authority, and demonstrate ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
