Responsibilities

  • Authentication basics (OAuth, OpenID Connect)
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Jira, or similar SaaS platforms, Git, and basic CI/CD.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with:
  • Slack API / Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)
  • Microsoft Graph API
  • Google Admin SDK
  • Knowledge of Azure Monitor / Log Analytics.
  • Experience in large-scale or multi-system environments.
