Requirements

• Five years of experience in manufacturing environment
• One to three years technical experience
• Preferred Traits, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant technical experience in problem solving and
• project management
• Ability to multitask and work as a team
• Understanding of problem-solving methods, i.e. 5 why, DFMEA, PFMEA, Process mapping used to analyze problems, evaluate and complete improvement projects.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Process Variation Reduction (Six Sigma) concepts and tool sets as they relate to process/product variability, and root cause and corrective action determination.
• Proficient understanding and interpreting engineering specifications, mechanical drawings, and/or electrical schematics,
• Solid interpersonal skills and effectively work with various levels within the organization and with team to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Demonstrated ability to lead/coordinate projects with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of inspection methods in the design, fabrications, and production of electronic equipment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills including presentations.
• Ability to provide customers and creators with excellent service and support.
• Intermediate English Desirable

• Identificar e implementar proyectos para impulsar mejoras en eficiencia, calidad y seguridad.
• Determinar la causa raíz utilizando herramientas de resolución de problemas y principios Lean.
• Crear planes de acción correctiva que incluyan planes de implementación sostenibles, así como planes de proyecto con hitos y cronogramas definidos.
• Trabajar con todos los equipos de SG para implementar contramedidas que aseguren que el problema sea resuelto y verificado.

Position Summary Process Engineer The person in this position works as part of a team of Engineers bringing the latest technologies in industry to drive efficiency, quality, and cost savings/avoidance opportunities. You will provide strategic and transformational support including design inputs and project management throughout implementation to assure people/process/technical solutions align with strategic initiatives while driving consensus among business units including process ownership and governance. Additional Responsibilities: Identify and implement projects to drive improvements to efficiency, quality, and safety Determine root cause using problem solving tools and Lean principles. Create a corrective action plan including a sustainable implementation plan and create a project plan with milestones and timelines to complete. Work with all SG teams to implement countermeasures to ensure the problem is resolved and verified. Create training documents and/or SOP's where applicable and make sure documents are stored in Agile system for all SG departments to access. CapEx Project management, with focus on delivering 3x salary budget in cost savings/avoidance projects. Improve efficiencies by collaborating with manufacturing leadership, coordinating with maintenance and cross functional engineering teams to establish effective processes and procedures delivering results. Define, Drive and Implement Process Technology Roadmaps for the advancement of manufacturing operations. Responsible for understanding latest technology advancements in equipment, control systems and analytics in the industry.
