Job Description Summary In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative coordination, system updates, auditing support, vendor follow up, reporting assistance, and scheduling support to the Global Mobility and Immigration team. You will play an integral role in ensuring global mobility and immigration activities are executed accurately, consistently, and in compliance with regulatory and company requirements. You will partner closely with Global Mobility leadership, HR, business leaders, and vendors to support day to day operations, with a strong focus on auditing, data accuracy, process execution, and operational follow through. This role helps ensure that mobility and immigration processes, systems, and communications are delivered efficiently and on time, enabling the broader team to operate effectively and remain audit ready. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support for global immigration, international assignments, cross‑border/localization activity, domestic relocation, onboarding, and offboarding. Coordinate day‑to‑day Global Mobility and Immigration activities by tracking actions, following up on requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely execution. Perform data checks and reconciliations between HR systems and immigration vendor platforms; escalate discrepancies and integration issues as needed. Assist with auditing the global mobility population, including international assignments, cross‑border/localization employees, and globally sponsored employees. Support compliance by ensuring assignment ends, terminations, and employee changes are properly recorded and communicated to immigration vendors. Track immigration renewals and outstanding actions; follow up and escalate delays appropriately. Respond to mobility and immigration inquiries within our case management tool in accordance with established SLAs. Support HR and People Leaders with reporting, dashboard, and data requests Maintain the Global Mobility calendar and coordinate scheduling, invitations, reminders, and distribution for communications and training (content creation excluded). Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all work and identify recurring administrative or data issues for improvement. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in an administrative, coordinator, or HR support role, preferably in a corporate or shared services environment. Demonstrated ability to ensure data accuracy and maintain audit‑ready records across multiple systems. Experience working with HR systems or databases (e.g., Workday or similar platforms). Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new tools and systems. Desired Characteristics Passion for continuous process improvement and simplification. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
