Job Scope: 1) Programme Management and Implementation Work with vendors to customise, and implement structured support UPLIFT programmes (eg. LOL and GLOW programmes) tailored to meet diverse student needs. Create and curate programme resources whilst managing administrative tasks including student progress monitoring Conduct twice-weekly student check-ins during the planned UPLIFT programme/activities with follow-up support for students requiring additional assistance. (2) Direct Student Support Provide individual and group support to students across all year levels facing academic, social, or emotional challenges (based on identified student list provided by the school) Build positive relationships and implement early intervention strategies Conduct relevant workshops for students and staff (eg. conflict resolution clinics) to work towards desired student goals. (3) Collaboration and Communication Work collaboratively with Year Heads, School Counsellors, Form Teachers (FT), and FLY/GLOW/UPLIFT programme providers to monitor students' progress against the identified learning outcomes Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers (based on identified student list provided by the school) Provide comprehensive reporting on student progress - regularly with Form teachers, termly for SDT KPs and semesterly with School Leaders.
