Customer and Colleague Focus: Ensure strategic development and planning delivers positive outcomes for customers and colleagues. Executive Reporting & Communication: Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and reports on strategic findings and recommendations to the executive team. Project Monitoring & Risk Mitigation: Monitor the execution of strategic projects, identifying potential roadblocks and developing mitigation strategies. Business Landscape Acumen: Maintain a current and comprehensive understanding of the business landscape and emerging technologies. Data-Driven Culture Advocacy: Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organisation. Staff Mentorship & Development: Mentor staff on strategic frameworks and analytical techniques. Ad-Hoc Strategic Support: Perform ad-hoc analysis and support strategic initiatives as required by the Strategy & Transformation Director.
