CAD Draftsman (Mechanical & Electrical)

Responsibilities

• Utilizing CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for mechanical and electrical systems
• Ensuring all work complies with relevant industry regulations, codes, and best practices
• Prepare and develop detailed drawings according to clients' requirements.
• Attend meetings with projects team and client representatives to ensure drawings comply with project standards and specifications.
• Review and modify drawings to meet project requirement and site constraints and prepare revision drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with the drafting team and project team to manage multiple projects with varying timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ad-hoc task as assigned
• Requirement and Qualification:
• Diploma/Degree holder in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a CAD Draftsman, preferably in the engineering or construction industries
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other leading CAD software
• Strong technical drawing skills and the ability to interpret engineering plans and schematics
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work
• Good problem-solving and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environmen
