  • During a typical day, you will:
  • Support the development and implementation of projects for sales and service channels such as process changes, enhancements, communication or organizational initiatives.
  • Maintain communication to support sales and marketing campaigns, product launches, HR practices, process changes or operational and audit requirements.
  • Train and support sales leaders on sales processes, systems or incentive programs.
  • Drive improvements across the customer lifecycle by identifying and communicating opportunities to enhance and simplify processes, standards, and practices that support customer experience, financial growth, channel efficiency, and business transformation.
  • Gathers feedback and data to streamline systems and processes to enhance the customer experience and increase productivity.
  • What you bring:
  • Post-secondary diploma in business, communications, project management or marketing.
  • Minimum five years' in operations and sales (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Comfortable using technology, including intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite.
