Ground Operations Officer

Responsibilities

• Oversee time delivery of goods, while maintaining delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries and KPI are met
• To be able to be contactable & assist operations outside Shift working hours and required to cover shift during offday
• Ensure high level of customer service emphasized at all levels. Ability to effectively communicate with customers & vendors in a professional manner
• To be able to escalate when customers & vendors are not in accordance with service level agreement
• Ensure drivers are performing all of their necessary tasks and responsibilities
• Maintain frequent contact with peers and proper handover during shift Change
• To ensure operations are running smoothly on Transport Management System and prepare reports as required
• Job Requirements
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 3 years of logistics, ground freight and transportation experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Understanding of key requirements for ports/shipyards in Singapore

Additional Information

The position will be tasked to support CEVA Ground day-to-day operations eg monitoring delivery products to customers, daily scheduling and handling multiple routes, drivers and deliveries
