Learning & Development Coordinator The Learning and Development Coordinator is instrumental in advancing Devon Energy's learning and talent development strategy by delivering comprehensive logistical , administrative, and operational support to the L&D function. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective planning , implementation, and execution of development programs and enterprise-wide learning initiatives that strengthen employee capability and organizational effectiveness. This position is located on-site at our headquarters in Houston, Texas. Monday-Thursday with Flex Fridays. Learning Management System (LMS) Support C onfigures and maintains programs , campaigns, and courses in the Workday LMS Provides timely and accurate reporting on training activities recorded in the LMS: attendance, completion rates, and other key metrics to support the organization's measurement and reporting strategies Address es user issues and provide s timely system support Monitor s data accuracy Program Support Assist s in coordinating end-to-end learning programs, from scheduling to evaluation , to ensure seamless execution Provide s logistical support for virtual and live training sessions, workshops, and events Serve s as the point of contact for L&D communication s Manag e s and maintain s content libraries, master L&D calendar , and print and digital L&D materials Manage s vendor partnerships - c oordinates and administers contracts, service agreements, and vendor relationships for external training and development services
