Description of Work To clean and maintain various types of floor surfaces for all buildings on Cherry Hospital campus and other specialized projects. Floor Maintenance Assistant assigned to a special unit within the Environmental Services Department called the Mobile Crew. This crew specializes in floor care and reports to the Floor Maintenance Supervisor I. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences To clean and maintain tile and Terrazzo floors; cleans and maintains carpeted surfaces to maintain a high-level of sanitation and an attractive environment. Operates stripper, buffer, window-washer, etc. used by floor maintenance. maintenance.
