Responsibilities

- Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree completed recently (or final year)
- 0-2 years of experience
- Background in business, HR, psychology, communications or related field is welcome - but not essential
- Strong interest in AI tools and how they can improve the way teams work
- Proactive mindset - you like building, testing and improving things
- Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with different people
- Fluent English required, Czech/Slovak will be an advantage
- Extra points for experience in employer branding, internal communication or culture-related projects
