About the role
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering building projects in Northern Ireland across the full project lifecycle - from initial concept and design development through procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing projects from inception through to completion, covering design, procurement, site delivery, and commissioning phases
- Collaborating with the wider project management team to successfully deliver capital investment projects

- Demonstrating recent experience in delivering projects across RIBA Stages 0-7
- Administration of NEC ECC contracts
Requirements
- The successful candidate will bring experience within the buildings sector, along with the following qualifications and professional credentials:
- A postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
- Currently working towards Chartered status with one of the following professional bodies: RICS / CIOB / ICE / RIBA / Engineers Ireland
- Membership or affiliation with APM would be advantageous
- NEC4 ECC PM Accreditation would also be advantageous
