Responsibilities
- As a Crop Worker, you will play a vital role and your mail duties will include:
- Care and treatment of crops and trials.
- Execution of emasculations and crossings according to a crossing scheme.

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel a plus.
- Work on weekends and holidays, as necessary.
- Work outside in different weather conditions.
- Strong planning, execution of own, more complex programs and organizational skills.
- A thorough understanding of English, both verbal and written is required.
- The ability to speak and understand some Spanish is highly desired.
- The ability to work independently.
- The ability to guide less experienced Crop Workers, seasonal workers and be the direct point of contact for colleagues outside own department.
- Be responsible for own projects, overview the communication towards Breeders.
- Work includes simple administrative tasks.
- Must be an eligible driver under our insurance policy.
- Compensation & Benefits

- Estimated starting hourly pay is $22 - $24 . The starting hourly pay is offered in good‑faith, based on role level, skill, qualifications and local market data.
