We are rapidly expanding our KYC as we launch new products and enter new markets. And now we're looking for an experienced analyst to build and grow KYC analytics almost from scratch. Challenges that await you: Set up and grow KYC analytics for our products Build the analytical infrastructure: event tracking, metrics, dashboards, and reporting Analyze and forecast KYC-related costs (verification volumes, budgets, year-ahead planning) Evaluate and test external vendors and models used for customer verification Monitor model performance (accuracy, speed, cost) and recommend improvements Support product analytics: launch new features, measure their impact, and provide insights Work across multiple countries to localize and scale verification processes Collaborate with fraud, risk, and product teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding What makes you a great fit: 3+ years of experience as a data or product analyst, preferably in fintech or big tech Strong skills in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker) Experience building analytics and metrics from scratch, including front- and back-end event tracking Ability to forecast and calculate costs and build financial models Experience working with vendors and testing their solutions is a plus Mentorship experience and readiness to grow a team Strong academic background (top universities are a big advantage) Willingness to relocate to Mexico Our ways of working: Innovative Spirit: a team from the best technical universities Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who dare to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances
