You will communicate, negotiate with the customers and ensure that delivered system fulfills customer requirements. YOUR CHALLENGES? Ensure that the delivered system fulfills the R&D related customer requirements and expectations Leading and coordinating R&D team at System Validation level Developing the validation strategy to meet project cost and timing constraints, defends it /negotiates it with the customer, and ensures its execution Co-operation with other departments LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU... Degree in Electro technical Engineering Experience on a similar position 3-5 years Automotive background an advantage Interpersonal skills Proactive and problem solving approach Analytical and negotiation skills Planning and organizational abilities Fluent English
