Global Network Coordinator - Operations Communication and Data

Responsibilities

• Own global operational alert communication-ensuring clarity, consistency, and enablement of timely and effective decision-making across the network.
• Act as a central coordination point for global requests-reviewing, guiding, structuring consistent responses across all of our offices
• Shape and continuously improve how we communicate across the global network
• Drive alignment across functions and regions on standards, priorities, and messaging
• Enable execution through structured content and tools (e.g. SharePoint, templates, content organization)
• Contribute as an SME to projects and initiatives, bringing solution-oriented thinking and hands-on execution

• Experience in an operational role within specialized logistics (healthcare preferred)
• Strong ability to translate complexity into clear communication and direction
• Experience working across regions, stakeholders, and functions in a global environment
• A structured, proactive mindset with ownership of topics end-to-end
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to stay flexible and effective in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in maintaining structured, reliable, and up-to-date data
• Curiosity and confidence to learn new tools and ways of working
