This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Band 6 clinician looking to provide specialist assessment and rehabilitation for adults with neurological conditions within a community setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality Speech and Language Therapy services to adults presenting with communication and swallowing difficulties following neurological injury or illness. You will work closely within a multi-disciplinary team to support patients in achieving meaningful rehabilitation goals and improving their quality of life.
