- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using IT systems and managing multiple enquiries effectively
- A calm, professional, and solution-focused approach
- Experience within an educational environment is desirable but not essential
- (or equivalent customer service experience that you are keen to develop further within the education sector)
