Responsibilities
- This role is essential to our global function, with a primary focus on executing payroll processes, reconciling data and ensuring compliance with local tax laws.
- Ensure accurate processing and review of multi-country payrolls, including pre- and post-payroll audits to maintain compliance and accuracy
- Reconcile payroll data, benefit deductions, and payroll-related accounts
- Process leaves of absence, disability pay coordination, and employee lifecycle payroll transactions, including new hires, terminations, and local tax withholdings
- Manage employee payroll inquiries and provide support for payroll-related projects and initiatives
- Partner with Benefits, HR Operations, Finance, Accounting, and the Global Payroll team to maintain accurate records and resolve payroll-related issues
- Review and approve monthly payroll reports in partnership with Payroll Managers
- Support reporting, audits, account reconciliations, and other ad hoc payroll activities
- Participate in regular meetings with the Global Payroll team and third-party payroll vendors
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of payroll administration experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, and interest in AI tools
- Working knowledge of Workday HRIS or other ERP systems.
