Support Worker within Mental Health Services LOCATION: Bridgwater, Somerset PAY RATES: Weekdays: £16.81 per hour Weekends: £21.01 per hour Shifts - 09:00-21:00 & 13:30-21:00 with flexible availability to work across a variety of shifts. You will work in varying ratios of 1:1 and 2:1 shifts , with the opportunity for shadow shifts beforehand. You will be trained specifically to care for the client. You should be a patient, caring and compassionate person. You will have an understanding of complex mental health conditions and learn how best to comfort and support our client day-to-day.
