JOB SUMMARY This paragraph summarizes the general nature, level and purpose of the job. General supervisory duties of the REI laboratory supervisor include staffing, scheduling, yearly reviews and other personnel matters. The supervisor ensures staff provides high quality, accessible, care and patient focused services to members across the continuums, which comply with local, state and federal requirements. Implements and maintains clinical practice standards, clinical environmental standards and policies, budgets and staff development.
