Specialized experience includes reviewing and processing military personnel actions; maintaining personnel records and automated personnel systems; verifying eligibility and identity documentation; providing customer service and guidance to military members, dependents, retirees, or supervisors; interpreting and applying military personnel policies and regulations; and preparing or reviewing personnel documents for accuracy and completeness. Experience using personnel systems such as DEERS, RAPIDS, iPERMS, IPPS-A, SIDPERS, or similar automated HR systems is highly desired.
