This role sits at the heart of campaign execution, digital storytelling, and event activations, bringing ideas to life with precision, consistency, and aesthetic sensitivity.
Responsibilities
- Brand and Marketing Execution
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring flawless coordination from planning to go-live
- Coordinate the development of campaign assets, including photography, video, and creative design deliverables
- Partner with internal teams and external creative vendors to ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Safeguard brand consistency across all campaign materials and customer touchpoints
- Website & Digital Presence
- Manage day-to-day updates of the website, including product listings, pricing, editorial content, and storytelling assets
- Ensure all digital content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand tone and visual identity
- Coordinate the publishing of new collections, campaigns, and brand narratives across the website
- Apply foundational SEO best practices to support discoverability (meta titles, descriptions, headings, image optimisation)
- Track key website performance metrics and provide regular updates on traffic and engagement.
- Support ongoing enhancements to elevate user experience and digital storytelling
- Social Media & Content
- Uphold a consistent and elevated brand voice across all social media platforms
- Own the content calendar, ensuring structured planning, timely execution, and seamless approvals
- Collaborate with internal teams to curate and create compelling visual and written content
- Ensure all content aligns with campaign direction and brand aesthetics
- Anticipate and prepare content requirements for key launches, campaigns, and brand moments
- Produce monthly performance reports with insights to inform future content strategy
- Events & Brand Experiences
- Support the conceptualisation and execution of brand events, activations, and client experiences
- Assist in developing structured event briefs, timelines, and planning documents
- Coordinate event communications, including invitations, visuals, and guest messaging
- Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
- Compile post-event reports capturing attendance, key highlights, visual documentation, and learnings
- Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business,or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications (experience in luxury, fashion, jewellery, is an advantage)
- Strong sense of aesthetics with an appreciation for luxury branding and storytelling
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-driven, with strong ownership and accountability, demonstrating urgency in execution and a consistent commitment to meeting deadlines without compromising quality
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital content, and website CMS tools
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital performance metrics
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams and partners
- Proficiency in design tools for creative content development
