Develop and execute innovative design solutions that meet customer specifications Create 3D concept and production renderings using C4D, aligned to retailer specifications Concept and develop production-ready artwork using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for print Produce high-quality samples and prototypes for review and testing Collaborate with senior designers to learn and apply advanced design techniques Provide mentorship and training to junior design team members as needed Support cross-functional design tasks, including graphic and structural design Participate in customer meetings to present concepts and gather feedback Manage end-to-end design projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Apply knowledge of operations, equipment capabilities, pricing, and labor to optimize design outcomes Serve as a subject matter expert in specific design areas Incorporate continuous improvement principles into design processes Conduct product testing, including sample cutting and assembly Integrate customer feedback into design iterations and final concepts Perform store audits to inform design strategy and execution Education High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred 3-5 years of relevant design experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of Cinema 4D and Artios CAD ideal but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Physical Requirements & Work Environment Primarily office-based; may be located at a Menasha Packaging fulfillment site Occasional travel may be required Two companies, one vision.
