Pay Rate: $16.50/ hour - Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it. We are looking for a service driven Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will create memorable first impressions, manage efficient check-ins and check-outs, and deliver top tier customer service! As the Front Desk Agent, you will: Warmly greet guests, complete registrations, and assign rooms while issuing room keys. Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts. Prepare and process guest bills, collect payments, and handle transactions accurately. Actively listen to guest needs and resolve concerns with care and efficiency. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be able to lift up to 15lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner. Excellent customer service skills.
