Position Summary Responsible for the overall operational flow of the inpatient unit including coordination, collaboration and direction of the entire unit during the shift covered to ensure effective delivery of healthcare service. Functions as staff resource in facilitating critical thinking and clinical decision making. Education Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Effective 12/1/11, all new hires will need to have a BSN as a minimum requirement or a Master's degree in Nursing. Schedule- 7:00pm - 7:30am weekend and holiday rotation
