Site, Business, OR Functional Area Overview This role is based in Evendale, Ohio within Services Project Management supporting aftermarket product support commitments for military customers. The position partners closely with services sourcing , procurement, legal, engineering, quality, repair/MRO operations, and suppliers to ensure strong supplier performance and compliant execution for the F414 Navy customer. Role Overview The Lead Services Specialist 1 will engage with suppliers to improve understanding, accountability, and execution of aftermarket product support commitments, including repair availability , on-time delivery , repair turnaround time (TAT) , warranty , and reliability . This role builds and manages supplier relationships, supports negotiations and long-term repair support contracting, and represents the voice of the customer in supplier interactions. The role also collects and analyzes supplier performance data, leads recovery actions when delivery or performance is at risk, and ensures adherence to applicable military customer requirements and regulatory frameworks.
