This position ensures accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in job setup, client communication, reporting, and expense processing-allowing Procuring Managers to focus on client relationships and business development. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys being a trusted operational partner. In this role, you will... Provide primary administrative support to Procuring Managers, managing bids, awards, and client inquiries Process engagement letters, due diligence materials, and coordinate accurate job setup across internal systems Coordinate and submit bids, including research and ensuring timely, accurate submissions Manage client communication, job updates, and status tracking with internal stakeholders Process job changes (fees, timelines, scope) and ensure alignment with internal best practices Handle expense reimbursements and support vendor onboarding and compliance Generate reports (billing, job status, pipeline) and support ad hoc operational needs Act as a liaison across teams, ensuring efficient coordination and resolution of requests
